Body Orientated Therapy preceives the body, emotions and soul as one. Using the body as a means to discover what is going on inside you and experience new possibilities. By carefully listening to the body you can discover what really touches you and what your true needs are.
An important tool in this proces is The Psychology of Character Structures originaly developed by Alexander Lowen and Wilhem Reich. The Character Structures gives form to the proces helping you to reconize and integrate the experience into your daily life.

How does Body Orientated Therapy work?

Using breathing, movement and sound you discover what your body is trying to say. You become aware of old habits, habits created in the past which may no longer have any use to you and may even be standing in your way. You will learn to feel and reconize where your body’s energy is flowing freely and where the energy flow is blocked. Undoing this blockage, will release tension, help you feel more in tune with yourself and experience the free flow of all your life’s energy.
Opening up a feeling of increased space and freedom.
